First week of $SLAM…
It has been an incredible week to say the least. We are honored to be able to have accomplished so much in just a week but also excited about what the future holds for $SLAM and our community.
Presale & PancakeSwap
To quickly summarize what has happened in the last 7 days, we would have to start off with the presale. Up until the presale was kicked off on DxSale, we have already started building our Telegram group as well as our Twitter account. But we had no idea that our first group of backers would go all in with the presale. 300 BNB was sold out in just under 30 minutes which was beyond any of our expectations. We were overwhelmed with all the support from our community and that kept us awake for the upcoming 7 days..
With the presale being finalized, we were then listed on PancakeSwap right after it. Community were now able to trade $SLAM which was an amazing thing for us to see. And when I say ‘trade’ I mean ‘buy’ because the price tripled on the same day…
CoinGecko Listing
2 days later, we woke up to some more great news. $SLAM was now listed on CoinGecko. Only 12 hours after our application was submitted, they listed us. The team and the community embraced these news very positively and we had a new wave of investors coming in from left and right.
We also had Coin Market Cap team reaching out to us about our application as well. So we expect to be listed there pretty soon too.
Casino Beta Launch
We had planned to launch our beta version of the casino a week after we were listed on PancakeSwap. Since we had the free demo play available on our website, people started to experience the game and give it a go. And we received countless messages to make it live sooner than our initial planned date. Well we listened to the community. After 3 days we have launched our beta casino platform and everybody went crazy.. Price did a 5x and we had hundreds of new users depositing $SLAM and playing the game.
Community Burns
We burned %12.5 of the whole supply during the launch. And we also had a manual burn wallet where we had another %12 of the whole supply allocated for community milestones to celebrate as we move along.
We still have about %9 of the total supply left to burn. Community will continue to decide when or how many tokes we will burn in the near future.
Closing the Week with Huge Announcements…
Weekends mean 48-hour work marathons for $SLAM team. Last one was no different. We had big things in the works and wanted to thank our community for an incredible first week. So we announced the following,
Renounced Ownership of the Contract
That was a big decision we had to make as a team. We were aware of the doubters and haters from the start. Some people used a website called rugscreen.com to scan our contract for possible breaches and rugpull functions. And they used the results of this scan to spread FUD and empty accusations. Even though we respect any effort to make this ecosystem a safer one, we didn’t appreciate how one unverified claim can spread so quickly.
Our first backers saw how much work has been put into SLAM as a platform and not just the token itself. Those claims that we were a rugpull evaporated quick as a flash.
With the team and bankroll wallets still being locked, we decided to renounce the ownership of the contract to restore confidence within our investors and community. This decision is an example that shows how dedicated we are to make $SLAM a community token.

Full Launch of the Casino
After the beta being live for 3 days, on Sunday we have fully launched the casino.
Increased the withdrawal limits to 5B $SLAM per user at once. Added stats, leaderboard and fixed most of the bugs as well. So far 775 users have connected their wallets and signed up. 104,762 bets have been placed. 1,275B $SLAM (worths $9.6 millions as of May 3rd, 2021) tokens have been wagered.
So what’s next?
We are expecting to be listed on Coin Market Cap soon. The team is working on a surprise product on the side and also we are happy to give you the news that we will be adding blackjack and roulette games with real dealers. Expect to hear from us soon.
